I like the Ruger Hogue rubber grips that come on the 10150 model, but all the ones made for the replaceable grip models fit

 

Any .45 1911 model grips will fit. You just need to take a dremel or file to the left grip panel to allow room for the bolt release and with some grips, the mag release.

 

To answer your question, Yes, any grip panels for the 22/45 will fit your lite. As mentioned, you can also install most grips made for a 1911 with slight modification.

Consider this. 22/45 grip panels are indeed made for the 22/45 and will fit and look proper. 1911 style grips, in most cases are "specific" to the 1911 type pistols where many have a grip cut-out that enables access to the mainspring housing retaining pin. Don't need that on the 22/45. Many don't feel that look is acceptable on the 22/45 Ruger pistols. Why should you need to modify a 1911 grip when there are those that fit and look better made especially for the 22/45? Like these.

 

I liked the looks of the OEM grips but ther were no points on the checkering on mine which I felt caused me to squeeze the grip to tight for such a lite gun. I put these VZ Grips on mine and am more than pleased with their performance. They make grips for 1911's and 22/25's.
