Correct Buckmark buffer adapted for Belgian Challengers

Hey everyone, a year ago I followed one of the sticky's (by Chim I think) and adapted the "white" Buckmark buffer for use in my Belgian Challenger, as opposed to the brown buffer for later Buckmarks. So I go to order another one and confusion reigns! The pre-2001 buffer now looks brown on the Brownells site, and the white one is impossible to see. But in actuality, when you get them in, they are both white!
So, I ordered both to make sure I got one right (they're cheap enough)

Results are;
Brownells # 149-200-501WB (pre 2001) buffer is the one you want-- Yes it's white and it's the one you have to trim to size just little and remove the "nub" about 1/4" dia. on the back side--a sharp utility knife worked for that. This is also the one that DOES have the small off center hole for the guide rod.
The other buffer Brownells # 149-100-065 is for later Buckmarks and is also white now, but has only a single large hole in the middle--You do NOT want this one for the Belgian guns.

Do you have any pictures? Neither description matches the buffers I've gotten from Browning. The pre-2001 buffers were black with a round nub sticking out the back. The post-2000 were white and didn't have a nub on the back. Both had holes to accept the recoil spring guide rod. The black buffers feel sort of rubbery and the white ones feel more like a solid piece of nylon. Here's a (poor) picture of the front of the two different buffers from the front:

I'll take some photo's this morning and post them here, complete with the envelope and part numbers
The "correct" one apperas to be the one on the left in your photos and it's a hard nylon type material and the envelope even says "pre 2000". It is # 149-200-501 and looks just like yours on the left in your photos except that it is white, not black. It is also shorter and narrower than the other one. it has an indent on the front and a nub on the back of the same size as the indent.

The other one ( 149-100-065) is larger and has one hole in it that is centered but no hole in the corner, where your white one does have the off center hole in the corner but not in the center. It too is white and is also a hard nylon just like the other buffer, not a soft rubber

It looks to me like the black one one the left n your photo is now a hard white nylon and the one on the one on the right now has a hole in the center rather than at the top right.

Photo's to follow later today. In the meanwhile here is a link to the Brownells page when you type in "Browning Buffer". I also talked to a tech before I ordered to make sure I was getting the two in the photo's that were supposed to be for Buckmarks.

Note that these are from Brownells, not direct from Browning, but they do have the Browning numbers on the envelope.

The correct one to use is the right on in Chim's picture. It needs to be trimmed down on the sides to fit. I also radium the bottom, back of it to fit the Challenger's recoil lug better.
